Proposal Tracker (pTracker) is a web-based application utilized by HS SPPO which provides Principal Investigators and Department Contacts access to proposal status information and select proposal data.

PIs and Department Contacts can access all proposals that they are associated with on the My proposals tab.

In addition to the My Proposals tab, proposals can be accessed via the P&G Number Lookup tab to find a particular proposal. Another option for accessing proposals is to look the proposal up by Principal Investigator you can do that on the Contact Lookup tab.

Accessing pTracker

• pTracker is an online web application available at: http://som.ucsd.edu/pTracker/ (Firefox only)
• Log on to Ptracker using your single sign on.
• Proposals can only be accessed by individuals who are associated with that proposal in Coeus (UCSD's contract and grant database)
• If you cannot access a particular proposal that you feel you should have access to contact HS SPPO at 858-822-4109.

Other Support Report

The following site is available for obtaining active and pending proposal information from data maintained by the dean's office, School of Medicine.

• No permissions/roles required
• Must have the PI last name and Employee ID to access report
• Also called Current and Pending report
